Superb Hotel with recent remodel. Staff was excellent. Wonderful view of the mountains to the north-east.
The hotel never got our reservation from Booked.net. When we arrived, the staff looked up our reservation from Booked.net and gave us the expected rate. I would guess that this was a Hotel Andaluz IT issue. I assume that the hotel and Booked.net will fix this in the future.

The room was decent but definitely could use some updates. The beds were comfy, nice. The temperature control was inconsistent-it got a bit too warm at times. We had a situation where housekeeping was a no-show, which threw us off a bit. So, it had its ups and downs.

The room was clean and cozy. Had a good time despite a few hiccups. The lobby's charm is still alive, and the service was spot on. Gotta appreciate that.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but. Like I said, it was still acceptable.

great location but some flaws
The historic charm of the hotel is appealing, giving a unique atmosphere to the stay.
There were some issues with the bathroom door almost falling off the frame.

Food very good, but a bit expensive with add-ons (encouraged by waitress). Roof top terrace w live music, nice. Library area nice, too.
Front desk not very helpful. They could not provide even basic tourist information. For ex., city map and what buses to take / walking districts in order to avoid the car a bit. They also had trouble printing documents from an email. (The receptionist didn't know how to view the attachments!) The business center was occupied frequently and we were unable to print. This is unfortunate as The Andaluz seems to be geared towards a predominantely business clientele.

Modern comfort. I appreciated the charming lobby and attentive housekeeping. The restaurant service left much to be desired, as I had to wait excessively for my breakfast order to be taken.
